音樂心智培訓

音樂心智培訓是一個整合腦神經科學研究和腦神經心理學理論的培訓方法，目的是透過音樂來提升多種認知功能。

 

培訓的目標是希望提高特殊學習需要兒童的下列能力：

  1. 專注力（意識四周環境的變化）

  2. 情緒處理 (體驗和表達不同的感受)

  3. 社交溝通 (與別人互動溝通)

  4. 自我控制 (鍛鍊紀律和耐心)

  5. 基本音樂知識 (音高/音調，節奏/步調)

  6. 接觸和欣賞音樂

音樂心智培訓的特點：

  1. 訓練包含了互動音樂活動和被動音樂欣賞的環節

  2. 曾參加此培訓的兒童通常享受培訓的過程，因為培訓的方式是互動和輕鬆的

  3. 有些孩子在接受培訓後的社交能力、情緒控制、專注力和衝動控制能力都改善了 

  4. 可以每組約10個孩子的小組模式進行
